What's your dream -your goal - for this contest?
Losing weight.
Fitting into those old jeans.
Being able to shop in any department you choose.
You've thought about it time and again. Maybe for years. You may have even started moving in the right direction to make it happen. At least for a short while. Then it gets hard. It is so easy to slip back into bad habits - no exercise and poor food choices. That defeated mentality you've been carrying around for years is battling hard to keep its place. You aren't seeing the results you'd like to see as quickly as you'd like to see them. This is when the truth comes out. Are you just "wishing" it to happen or are you "determined" to MAKE it happen?
Do some soul searching, girl. Which is it? Wishing or determination? There is no genie in a lamp. You don't get three wishes and poof - you've undone the years of poor choices. It is hard work to get and stay healthy, strong and beautiful. It takes determination.
Determination is the heartbeat of a dream. Determination says success is sticking to the task when the feelings for it have disappeared. It’s what ushers a dream into a reality.
The goals you've set for yourself for this contest and for your life don't have to be just a dream. You..and only you..can make them a reality. I know you can do it.
Take that dream by the hand...and with your determination..usher it into reality!
